WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We only accept returns on Damaged items, misprint items, and defective items.

The majority of our products are drop shipped, meaning we do not handle most of our products, they are printed and shipped by a 3rd Party. If you do have an issue with a misprint, damage during delivery, or other issue, please contact us first and we will give you directions with what to do next. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Once you have contacted us first in regards to a return, please submit photos of the items in an email along with Name, Address, and Order #.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Gift Cards are available. You can purchase them for yourself or for others to use in our shop. Gift Cards do not expire and can be used on any item in our shop.

WHERE DO THE PROCEEDS GO?

Proceeds go to us continuing to support local charities. Some include the Cleveland 100 and the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Ocoee Region
